The Puerto Rico Incoming Committee on Government Transition ((スペイン語:Comité de Transición Entrante del Gobierno)) is one of the two ad hoc committees formed when the executive branch of the government of Puerto Rico must transition from one Governor to another. The committee is composed of aides and assistants of the upcoming Governor-elect and counterparted by the Outgoing Committee.〔(Law No. 197 of 2002 )〕 ==Background== (詳細はLaw No. 197 of 2002 ) declared by the 14th Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico thereafter established and regulated the transitioning process, and set forth the rules for the Committee. The law also established that the Governor-elect may appoint up to 10 members to the Committee, from which the position of President and Executive Director must be filled.〔
